Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on Jindazon.com, you may return the merchandise.

Timeframe for return

The merchandise needs to be shipped for return within 15 days from the date it was delivered to you. Jindazon ICL does not consider items as returned until they arrive at our facility.

How to return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in (subject to our evaluation). It must also be in the original packaging. If your item(s) were damaged on arrival, please take a picture of the item(s) and packaging and send it to us.

In order to return your item you first have to communicate with us through our website contact form.

Exemptions from return

Several types of goods are not returnable. 

  • Food and edibles
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Certain sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be  issued in the original form of payment, within 10 business days.For returns, we will refund the price of the merchandise, less shipping and handling.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received by at our facility, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

The shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
